Pre-K: 3-4 Years of Age
United Pre-K Screenings for 3-4 year old students will take place on April 20 (North) and April 25 (West) from 3:30-6:00 p.m.Children must be three at the time of screening and may screen at either site. Please call for an appointment beginning in March. A birth certificate is required at the time of screening. 

                                    New this Year: 0-3 Years of Age
The Warren County Birth to Three Program through the Regional Office of Education will also be screening on these dates .Appointments can be made by calling either school beginning March 1.

The PTO meeting date has been changed from 3/21 to 3/28 at 6:00.



The United West PTO officer elections for 2017-2018 will take place on April 18 at 6:00 in Library. Nominations will be taken through Tuesday, March 21 at 3:30 p.m.. Nominations must be submitted in writing or via email to Mr. Coate. The nominee must be agreeable to the nomination or submit it themselves. Please contact Mr. Coate if you have any questions. 
A description for each office is listed below. 

President- The president shall preside over meetings of the organization and executive board, serve as the primary contact for the principal, represent the organization at meetings outside the organization, serve as an ex official member the nominating committee, and coordinate the work of all the officers and committees so that the purpose of the organization is served.


Vice President- The vice president shall assist the president and carry out the president’s duties in his or her absence or inability to serve.  The vice president shall serve as chair of the fundraising committee.


Secretary- The secretary shall keep all records of the organization, take and record minutes, prepare the agenda in consultation with the president, handle correspondence, and send notices of meetings to the membership. The secretary also keeps a copy of the minutes book, bylaws, policies, and rules and brings them to meetings.


Treasurer- The treasurer shall receive all funds of the organization, keep an accurate record of receipts and expenditures, and pay out funds in accordance with the approval of the executive board. He or she will present a financial statement at every meeting and at other times of the year when requested by the executive board, and make a full report at the end of the year.
