End of the Year Awards Assembly
Parents are invited to the end of the year awards ceremony Friday, May 24 at 9:00 a.m. in the gym. Awards will be given for good attendance, perfect attendance, and good conduct.
Field Day
Our annual field day will take place Tuesday, May 28. Parents will be contacted to help run events or escort groups. Field Day lasts all day but will conclude before the 2:00 dismissal. We will be having a sack lunch that day. The lunches will be prepared beforehand and the lunchroom will be closed. Please fill out the form that will be sent home if you wish to reserve a sack lunch. Please return the lunch form by May 21.
Report Cards
End of year report card procedures have changed. Report cards will be ready for distribution starting on Thursday, May 30. Busses will not be running this year. Parents may come into the office from 8:30 - 3:30 from May 30 until June 5 to pick up their child's report card. Report cards must be picked up at the school your child attends. The office will mail remaining report cards on June 6 as long as all fees have been paid for the year. After June 6, fees may be paid at the superintendent's office and report cards picked up there.
