United High School
School Play

Mark your calendars for the First Annual United High School Play--Archipelago by LeeAnne Hill Adams. Productions will be in the All-Purpose Room at the South Campus March 2 & 3 at 7:00 PM.

Archipelago resurrects the the forgotten Siberian prisoner stories of the Soviet Union's work camps. Adams uses comedy and drama in a powerful story that revolves around a group of imprisoned actors that try to perform a play in this hostile environment.

Students should watch for an informational meeting in late December and auditions will take place in early January. Casting is flexible with a minimum of 12 roles available for males and females in the 9-12 grades.  Offstage crew and house positions will also be available and needed for a successful production.
